Procedure

Ingredients
280 g soaked cashews
30 g cocoa butter

Red fruit jam 100gr
Almond milk 150 gr
Vanilla 1 teaspoon of coffee
Juice and zest of 1/2 lime
Procedure
Place the jam and almond milk in a blender; Blend for a few seconds until the mixture is well combined, remove, place in a bowl and add the vanilla essence, juice and lime zest.
Procedimiento
En una cacerolita colocar la mermelada de frutilla y el agua, llevar a hervor, luego agregar el agar-agar previamente hidratado en agua y cocinar hirviendo por espacio de 3 minutos, volcar la mezcla en el molde elegido y llevar a frío por 1 hora.
